To continue delivering exceptional service to our clients, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Junior Support Specialist and Implementation Specialist.
As a combined Junior Support Specialist and Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our clients while also contributing to the successful implementation of our platform for new customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve issues, answer inquiries, and guide them through any challenges they may face during their onboarding journey. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our platform for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process.
You will be working with two departments concurrently, which not only adds dynamism to your work but also gives you the chance to experience both sides of customer support. Eventually, you can choose to specialize in either the technical support or account management aspect of supporting our customers within Customer Success, whichever suits you better.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer support through various channels (e.g., email, phone, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform promptly and effectively.
- Offer step-by-step guidance to clients in using our platform features and functionalities.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales and onboarding teams to understand client requirements
- Responsible for the setup and configuration of the onboarding platform to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of implementation plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You quickly form positive and collaborative relationships within an organization and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to resolve client issues and escalations;
- You are a team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills who can set priorities and get things done;
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies is advantageous.
- You have strong English and German language skills (both oral and written).
