Recruitment Marketing Advisor

Recruitment marketing is one of the fastest-growing segments in Nordic HR tech - and Talentech is at the centre of it. In Denmark, we have a strong and growing customer base. We are now looking for a Recruitment Marketing Advisor to help our existing customers reach the right candidates.

The Role

As a Recruitment Marketing Advisor, you are a key part of our consultative sales organisation in Denmark. You are responsible for developing commercial relationships with existing ATS customers - companies that already use Talentech's recruitment platform but have not yet activated recruitment marketing.

Your starting point is always the customer's own data: hiring volumes, active roles, sourcing performance. From there, you identify where paid recruitment marketing creates genuine value and present it as a solution to a real problem.

Responsibilities

Commercial

  • Own and grow recruitment marketing revenue within the existing Danish ATS customer base
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts from introduction through activation, contract and renewal
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations anchored in the customer's ATS data - not generic product demonstrations
  • Develop, negotiate and close commercial agreements including framework contracts and multi-year deals 

Advisory & Customer Development

  • Advise customers on employer branding strategy, channel selection and recruitment marketing best practice
  • Train and educate customers on the value of recruitment marketing and how to activate it effectively within their organisation
  • Build and implement joint strategies with key accounts to strengthen their employer brand through Talentech's product suite
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and talent acquisition leaders — the relationship must extend beyond the transaction 

Collaboration

  • Work closely with SaaS sales and Customer Success in Denmark to identify expansion-ready accounts and convert warm introductions into pipeline
  • Coordinate with the delivery team on campaign setup, reporting and customer follow-up
  • Feed market intelligence back to the Head of Sales and VP RM: what customers are asking for, what competitors are doing, what is blocking conversion

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Proven track record in B2B sales — you have carried a quota, managed a pipeline and closed deals
  • Experience from recruitment marketing, digital media, HR tech, SaaS or an adjacent industry where consultative selling to HR or marketing buyers is the norm
  • Commercial instinct: you understand how to build a business case, navigate procurement and close in complex B2B environments
  • Consultative by nature — you ask before you pitch, and you build solutions around the customer's reality, not your product catalogue
  • Danish — fluent
  • English — fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with recruitment platforms, ATS systems or employer branding tools
  • Familiarity with the Danish public sector procurement landscape — framework agreements, tender processes
  • Swedish or Norwegian language skills
