Implementation specialist - HR Solutions

Are you an experienced Implementation Specialist with a strong interest in digital HR solutions and system implementation? Then this could be the role for you!

About the role

As an Implementation Specialist at Talentech, you will lead your own projects end-to-end. The role combines technical project management with business process development, where each project may include everything from system configuration and training to coordinating technically oriented sub-projects — always with a strong focus on customer interaction.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for implementing solutions within the HR area, including HRIS, LMS, and Onboarding and Offboarding, which you will run in our Professional Services platform. You will work closely with a broad range of customers across both the private and public sectors, supporting national and international organizations throughout their implementation journey.

You will be part of our Professional Services organization, consisting of skilled and supportive colleagues working across Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands. We collaborate closely, support each other, and work tightly with teams in Support, Customer Success, Sales, Tech, and Product.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver implementation projects for our HR solutions: primarily HRIS, LMS, and Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Manage implementation projects for both new and existing customers
  • Coordinate technical sub projects (integrations, SSO, data migration) together with our engineers
  • Own project scope, hour budgets, and commercial follow-up
  • Train customers through workshops and guide them in system processes and best practices
  • Advise customers on how to optimize and digitalize HR processes
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our project methodology and implementation processes
  • Provide internal training and act as a product advisor within the organization
  • Ensure a structured project handover to Customer Success and Support.

About you

To succeed in this role, you have experience working with software implementations and customer-facing projects, preferably within HR technology or related business systems. We also welcome candidates who have gained hands-on experience as an HR system super user, internal product owner, or system administrator and have been closely involved in implementation projects from the customer side. You enjoy combining technical knowledge with customer collaboration and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

We believe that you:

  • Have experience implementing HRIS, LMS, onboarding and offboarding solutions, or similar business-critical systems, either as an implementation specialist, solution consultant, super user, system owner, or in a similar role
  • Have a solid technical understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, and system configuration
  • Are confident managing your own projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders and customers
  • Communicate clearly and can facilitate customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Speak Danish and English fluently, and additional Nordic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
