Talmundo is a fast-growing international scale-up, whose B2B SaaS platform helps employers all over the world, such as ABN AMRO, Bacardi, TUI, N26, and Lufthansa, revolutionize their employee onboarding experience. Launched in 2012, Talmundo’s mobile-friendly cloud software modernizes and simplifies countless onboarding activities, keeping the employee experience as the main driver behind its solution.
We're excited that so many companies are trusting Talmundo to upgrade their employee onboarding, but we need to grow our Product Development Team to ensure that our app continues to surpass their expectations! So we're hiring a Front-end Developer to join our fast-growing company and young, international and dynamic team.
Through your great technical knowledge, you will bring new insights to the Development Team and will help us to further build and scale our product. Ultimately, you should be able to not just write great lines of code, but also be able to bring new ideas to the product roadmap and communicate well with your fellow teammates to ensure coordinated and cohesive product development.
In this role, you will be part of our Product & Engineering team and will report to the Head of Product & Engineering.
As a Front-end Developer, you are responsible for crafting the user interface for both the onboardees as the administrators of our platform. Building new functionalities from scratch using the UI components we already have used or to build complete new interactions based on extensive brainstorming, prototyping, and visual designs. Together with the rest of the team, you will be part of the product and technical refinement sessions, participate in the sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to extend our awesome platform even further.
You will be introduced and coached by both your manager and your colleagues, and you’ll be assigned an internal buddy who is there to support you from your first day onwards.
