We're excited that so many companies are trusting Talmundo to upgrade their employee onboarding. In order to ensure that our onboarding platform continues to surpass their expectations, we are hiring a Junior Product Owner to concept and execute our vision for our product.
As a Junior Product Owner, you define, guide and optimize our product requirements. We expect you to improve and concept product features and functionality across our product platform. You come up with creative solutions to product and user experience challenges and liaise with key stakeholders to drive and define development requirements and priorities.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Product & Engineering. You will be working with the rest of the Product & Engineering team in an agile development environment to continuously improve our product.
Acting as the ‘linchpin’ between Product & Development and the business, you set product priorities, oversee the actual development of the product and manage user feedback. You make the right compromises to deliver value to both stakeholders and end users in the face of technical, resource, and time constraints. You assist with identifying and prioritizing product and usability improvements, from UX to conversion rate analysis, to enhance performance and test all developments prior to deployment. Your ultimate goal is to drive innovation and actionable insights, and to translate them into innovative product features and functionality across our product platform, ensuring it is tailored to our customers’ needs.
Prior to your start with us, you’ll be assigned an internal buddy who is there to support you and ensure a soft landing. During your first weeks, you will get to know your colleagues and will learn all about Talmundo and our onboarding solution. You will be trained by your manager, team and colleagues.
