Talmundo is a fast-growing international scale-up, whose B2B SaaS platform helps employers all over the world, such as ABN AMRO, Bacardi, TUI, N26, and Veon, revolutionize their employee onboarding experience. Launched in 2012, Talmundo’s mobile-friendly cloud software modernizes and simplifies countless onboarding activities, keeping the employee experience as the main driver behind its solution.


As Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close and account care. This role is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team. This role is specifically geared towards generating those leads (part of the leads will come from a BDR) and handling incoming requests from international markets, so speaking fluent English is crucial to your success, along with your positive, can-do attitude and aspiration to develop your career within sales. 


In this role, you will be part of our Sales team and will report to the Head of New Markets. Through your drive to be the best at what you do, and your result-oriented mindset you’ll help us expand our presence and make a real impact on the international success of Talmundo.

About the role

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for creating quality sales leads, for performing online demos, and developing & managing a sales pipeline for your assigned territory. During your first weeks you will get to know your colleagues and will learn all about Talmundo and its onboarding solution. You will be trained by both your manager and your colleagues, and you’ll be assigned an internal buddy. 


After the first weeks of your onboarding period (yes, we walk the talk), you’ll: 

  • Define and execute territory / account sales plans for your assigned geographic territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities;

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline;
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system;
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering;
  • Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers;
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system;
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products;
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, prospects and support staff; 
  • Participate in team building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care; 
  • Travel to customer locations.

Who are you

  • Experienced: 3 – 5 years of enterprise software sales experience;
  • Multilingual: You are fluent in English (preferably a native speaker), other languages are a bonus;
  • Domain: Affinity with HR software solutions is preferred although not a must;
  • Performer: Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a defined geographic territory;
  • Eager to learn: You have a desire, even an obsession, to keep learning and develop new skills;
  • Proactive: You don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen;
  • Consultant: Ability to quickly build trust with prospects using consultative selling approach;
  • Challenger: Ability to question the status quo with finesse and tact;
  • Team player: Able to work independently but perfectly integrated into a team.;
  • Excellent Communication: You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it;
  • Go-Getter: Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
