Launched in 2012, Talmundo’s mobile-friendly cloud software modernizes and simplifies countless onboarding activities, keeping the employee experience as the main driver behind its solution.
As Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close and account care. This role is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team. This role is specifically geared towards generating those leads (part of the leads will come from a BDR) and handling incoming requests from international markets, so speaking fluent English is crucial to your success, along with your positive, can-do attitude and aspiration to develop your career within sales.
In this role, you will be part of our Sales team and will report to the Head of New Markets. Through your drive to be the best at what you do, and your result-oriented mindset you’ll help us expand our presence and make a real impact on the international success of Talmundo.
As Sales Manager, you are responsible for creating quality sales leads, for performing online demos, and developing & managing a sales pipeline for your assigned territory. During your first weeks you will get to know your colleagues and will learn all about Talmundo and its onboarding solution. You will be trained by both your manager and your colleagues, and you’ll be assigned an internal buddy.
After the first weeks of your onboarding period (yes, we walk the talk), you’ll:
Define and execute territory / account sales plans for your assigned geographic territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities;
In your first weeks, you’ll be submerged in the HR world and you’ll develop a better understanding of why Talmundo is an absolute must-have tool for companies. Successful Sales Managers have the opportunity to advance their career.
